Jimmy, I have wondered about this as well.
BOTH are highly paid stars on offense are struggling at the same time.
And I am also suspicious about simply saying they rely on each other. For example, I don't as many do see a killer running game as the key to passing success. I think the real key is more Goff than Gurley.
It is really frustrating, though, to see both struggle. If either were cooking, it would alleviate the pressure on the other and pick our attack up.
Well, with Goff, we have time. Don't know about Gurley's knee. But Goff is physically well and with us for a long time. I expect he'll find his rhythm again soon. I hope he simply needs 1 sharp game.
