But be fair. How many others would be more balanced that way? 9 out of 10? 1 out of 10? 1 out of 100?
What's your honest assessment of that?
And bear in mind that no matter which answer we pick, it has the effect of saying "see we Rams fans would have been reasonable unlike you whiney Saints fans."
And there's partisan emotion behind believing that, too.
My own view is that if the situation were reversed, point for point, so that the exact same thing happened to the Rams in the exact same circumstances, there would be as many Rams fans complaining then as there are Saints fans complaining now.
Though maybe in that reversal situation there would be a Saints fan saying "I like to think that if the situation were reversed, unlike those whiney Rams fans, I would see that the loss was still on us."
