there is a desire by a lot of folks for Goff to be recognized as one of the games best
I maintained that he will be recognized as such when he actually plays like it... not just stats but beyond that
The game he had Thursday and to a lesser extent against San Diego just lets me know he is well on his way.
Against the Cards in real time I was critical of him... he was off. He had the stats but he wasn't nailing throws. After what he has done the last two weeks it appears to me he was just knocking off some rust
Anyhow... he will get a good test on the road in Denver for sure - and potential shootouts are looming against the Chiefs, Packers, @ New Orleans, Eagles. He's going to have plenty of opportunities to show us what hes got!
