You're right. So I have to correct all of this. The effect is not that different.

If you do it 12% a year, it would have to be:

19 M in 2017 becomes 21.3

21.3 M in 2018 becomes 23.85.

BUT if you do it as 21 M in 2018, that would work this way.

19 M in 2017 becomes 19.9 (5%)
19.9 in 2018 becomes 20.95 (5%)

And so I just say the same thing again based on that. No 2nd contract by position goes up 5% a year. A 10% increase from 2016 to 2018 is seriously low. That is, low in comparison to every other position's annual increases.

Given that, the spread between 21 and 25 M---where both sides are "off" ---should meet around (I think) 23-24 M. Which is actually what I have been saying.

So I wasn't that far off.
