i am not disputing that Quinn is good. He is, but he is also injury prone, and players get more injured as they get older, this is just fact. I would much prefer to spend the $$ on younger, less injury prone guys like Donald and Joyner. Yeah, Rams could have kept Quinn, but just do not feel it justifies the investment. He is not in the long term plans. Who Is? AD, Joyner, Gurley, Brockers, AO, Peters, Goff, J Johnson. IMHO, Rams need to address O Line, and ILB. I expect Sammy to be franchised and we will reevaluate WR next offseason.

They had the cap space to sign Donald, Joyner, and Watkins without getting rid of Quinn.
The numbers indicate this was not a case of trade Quinn or you can't sign one of those 3. It wasn't like that.
