Maybe I'm drinking the kool-aid on this, but I think I see a young coach who is working to instill a culture here and is being given the room to do so by the owner and FO. I've seen nothing to the contrary.

Dune-buggy Britt embarrassed the club with his HK antics last year, the last frame being him basically giving coach the finger and tooling in the bug he was supposedly banned from having. If that is your leader, you are in need of better leadership.

All of that aside, the topic is the source of this and I also see the coach being given the room to bring in the players he wants in his system and cast aside the ones he doesn't.
