Woods played opposite Watkins in Buffalo, he won have that luxury here were most other targets will be newbe's. Watkins in parts of just 8 games put up more yards that Woods did all year.
I like a Woods and thing he could be a good piece but a #1? Nah, not in my book anyways.
Btw, didn't Britt put up 1k last year? And no one even wanted him back.

I think your definition of a #1 receiver passes the smell test: only 22 players reached both thresholds last year (19 WRs and 3 TEs).
And Woods could certainly reach them this year. Woods got his numbers last year (51 rec, 613 yards) on a team that only passed the ball 474 times for 3,036 yards. Washington OTOH passed the ball 607 times for 4,758 yards.
If Buffalo passed as much as Washington did and Woods maintained the same pace his numbers would have been 65 catches for 960 yards. And if Woods is the primary WR and McVay has any level of success running his offense in LA then it's easy to see that Woods could reach #1 status with the Rams.
R.I.P. Nelson aka TonyHunter87 1971 - 2017 far too soon..
Your last words to me: "Your a great guy RFIP. I was very sad when you left the board, and your son, but was glad to see you back. Take care my friend, may God be by your side." 09/09/2017 12:58AM
No Nelson, you were a far better man than I, and I am sure an awesome husband and father as well. I will miss you my friend. -RFIP
