He's probably their #1. Maybe not a #1. Doesn't matter to me. He has to replace Britt's production which I think he pretty much will. Not quite the YPC guy Britt is (16.0 YPC as a Ram and Woods' career is 12.1) but to me I think McVay and LaFleur can get 65 catches/850 yards from Woods which is just fine by me. The key for this offense is having 2nd, 3rd and 4th options at WR/TE that also do some damage to defenses.
I can see your numbers though I wonder how much overlap there will be between him and Tavon? I know they "want" to use TA on deeper DJax-type routes but to me that has to be Reynolds forte.
Woods is a pure possession guy imo. I liked him coming out but thought Auglar was a better version of him....shows what I know...
