1. A proposed Kupp trade would be mostly a salary dump agenda. Much like the Jalen Ramsey trade. Don’t look now, but Kupp has already been replaced as #1 WR.
2. Just imagine what Snead could do with picks and additional cap dollars at his disposal next offseason.
Other teams are finding quality WR’s every year, including Snead with Puka just 2 offseasons ago. Let’s give him a chance to find another for just a fraction of the cost of a Kupp.
Another thing. Alyo claims that this is a stellar TE class and I fully expect Snead to bring in a stud TE weapon. If so, McVay/Stafford would have another scary offensive weapon to add to the arsenal, lessening the loss of Kupp.
Who knows? Maybe McVay will even try halfback screens next year, too. Wow. A more balanced passing attack. What a concept!
