However the call is viewed, Jennings hit the turf to make the acting job convincing. Had he fought through the contact, was Purdy looking at him to target?
Seems to me the contact had no bearing on the play and no penalty should have been called.
but beg to differ on a couple of counts. It would probably be called but of course, I cannot be sure. And IMO the Chiefs are the ones who get a lot of dubious calls. IMO, as much as I dislike them, the 49ers kind of get screwed on calls ... which I enjoy.
