49ers offensive line was not tip top, even Trent Williams beat. Not saying I love Purdy and 49ers but he's a good QB. The game was a muffed punt and/or missed PAT from having a different outcome.
Watching the all-22 ... both teams had flaws, made mistakes ... neither played clean game ... not saying Purdy was a world beater. Listening to NFL radio on drive from LV ... and they kind of nailed it ... same things you said. Also mentioned the unreasonable Purdy hate. Said he played good game -- not spectacular ... didn't fumble, didn't throw a pick or even a dropped pick ... one pressure that hurt the RG left Chris Jones unblocked ... and they had to settle for the FG.
Glad 49ers lost, but I am not going to just trash someone in a football analysis because I don't like their team. It's two different things.
Bottom line is Mahomes is best QB in NFL and after being contained for much of the game, he showed why he's the best
