I hear you, but the market says otherwise: there are already 3 guards in the NFL making $17M or more a season, and the market goes up every year.
I get it if the Rams don't want to pay that, but if they don't someone else will. And I wouldn't blame Dotson one bit for leaving if the Rams offer him 4 years, $52M and someone else offers him 4 years, $68M.
