I have said over and over.....IF Sean keeps the OC reins to himself he will still have someone/name someone to the title......someone will be called the OC, even if Sean is actually pulling the strings I would like to have Brown have that title....I think losing him would weaken our O/team......instead of going outside of the team to get a "In name only" OC raise Brown to that spot.

I never said I think that Brown should become the OC and actually be the guy pulling the strings, like you would have happen if he got a Reich or Kingsbury....that would be done IF he is willing to allow someone to be a REAL OC.......Brown would not be that, but he could learn a lot more in that Name only position, he's smart and he would soak up stuff.....a year or so in that spot he would IMO be more than ready to be a REAL OC, calling and planning games.
