how soon you y'all forget and one injuriy riddled season and y'all lost your minds
It is a classic example of being a victim of your own success...not only does every team want a piece of your coaching staff they raid the front offices too and the fans, oh the fans, simply act like it shouldn't effect you and you should be top 3 offense and in the NFC Championship every year
God forbid he think his system is better than Frank Reich's and hire someone who knows it inside and out....or that he actually calls his own plays

All upset that McVay might hire a younger OC with ties to Shanny and McVay instead of some old head who has a big name, but never really any sustained success.
When it comes to the success McVay had in his first five years, very few if ANY coach ever had such success, so lets take a second and remember that and appreciate that
Pump the brakes maybe on all the handwringing and criticizing his choices of his assistants.......it's pretty clear, when given a normal year of injuries he's pretty damn successful
Crazy that I even have to defend a guy who saved this organization from the depths of hell and WON a Super Bowl less than a year ago
no wonder he wants to retire...everyones a fricken critic these days
