IF Sean doesn't want to give up the OC position, IF he wants to keep it I want Brown to have the title OC......IF Sean is good with GIVING UP the position he needs to go the way of a Reich, Kingsbury, someone with viable experience.....
The issue is totally dependent on Sean giving it up......he keeps it I want to keep Brown on staff so give the title to Brown.....He gives up the position give it to a seasoned experienced guy......
If he keeps the OC for himself and he goes outside to get a guy to the title of OC you lose Brown.....and your name only guy isn't going to do anymore than Brown would do, but you lose Brown too.....
I am basically pulling for Brown over anyone else because I don't think Sean wants to drop the job, I think that's is his pride and joy, he likes calling the plays. Are there heavier hitters than Brown for the job? YES, but that's moot if he wants it for himself.....
