I'd like to have a good golf game for my computer. I tried a few of the 'free ones' but hated them. Looking for something realistic... or at least as realistic as a video game can be.... yours fit the bill? - JamesJMby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
My wife and I do that 'kind of'. No where near every meal but more than a few. As for shopping... we have 3 lists: Hers, which she shops for. Mine: Which I shop for. And together. As I read your reply I got to thinking "What do my wife and I agree on the most when it comes to food?" A few things.. Fried Okra in cornmeal, (we were both raised on it) but mostly - Andby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Do you and Frank agree on it all, partially? Since I like pretty much everything my wife and I differ quite a bit... because she doesn't. All except one, however, she will prepare because I like it and then make something else for herself... NOT liver. She will NOT allow it to be prepared in my home. :laughing My son and I love Liver so when he visits from England we always have it forby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub

You're close enough that it should be a near total eclipse from your backyard, (or front yard :laughing ).by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Here's a wild and crazy idea.... let's all meet at a place to be determined (discussed below) to see the last Total Solar Eclipse in the USA for the next 20 years!!!! April 8, 2024... so you can't say you don't have enough time to plan. Of course you can say, "I don't give a rats ass about a total solar eclipse and wouldn't drive to the end of my block to see it". :laughing Hereby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
that I have eaten but most likely will never eat again. They're all fat.... just deep fried fat. My Dad LOVED them. Local Basque Hotel, (most popular restaurant for us farmers) has specials on certain days of the month... one of the specials was Pig's Feet. I went but only had the Pig's feet once, that was enough... they served plenty of other dishes with the Pig's feet so i didn't go hunby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I nearly always use a fan that attaches to one of my cymbal stands. That's something I'll bet people in the crowd don't know.... how firkin' hot it gets on stage. I've played jobs where I was pouring sweat so profusely that I couldn't even see. we all use fans... guitar players as well. Also those lights that attach to mic stands.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Just skimmed your subject topic and opened your post thinking, "We I'll be damed, Steve is putting AC on his guitar". :laughingby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I was just looking thru the menu at the Norwich restaurant my granddaughter just dined at and saw that they had: "Pan Fried Lamb Liver With Bacon"... and I started salivating. But I think that 'liver' might be the most universally hated food? I would 'guess' that no more than 10% could get one bite down without upchucking? :laughing I've written before that there are really onlby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Sure, there is Italy, Austria, Switzerland..... they are a castles and manors and halls with moats.... BUT.... Then there is mussels and beer at "The Belgian Monk" in Norwich, UK.... one of the top 3 meals I've ever eaten in my life. And the beer... brewed by actual Belgian Monks... used to be ranked #1 in the world (haven't checked lately) and deservedly so! By the way.... myby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
In my family, all of us involved in sports of one kind or another... we often play the game: "What would most like to win - Lombardi, Stanley Cup, Olympic Gold (or frankly silver and bronze) medal?... etc etc. Until recently one of my son-in-law's and I were the only two that answered "The Green Jacket". her plane departs London on April 14th. We do not know, however, if any other trips are planned. My son, and his wife, wanted to keep Syd, and us, in the dark and surprise us. Ireland? Scotland? We just don't know... all we do know is more is to come. Syd is beside herself loving all this. :laughing I also know this... when she gets home it will be a week at least for her to sit us allby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
because I loved all of those old westerns. Perhaps my favorite 'character' was Maverick... James Garner... BUT... I didn't like the series any more than the others. Today I remember "Bonanza" the best... but I don't think that's because I liked it more... I think it's because it's the one my Dad and I shared the most... he loved it. He also loved all the others but he and I simplyby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Need to say... I'm aware you guys couldn't give a flying rat's patootie about these photos... S'ok. :laughing It's a big deal to me. :laughing Syd went to Ely today, (town in England). Nice Cathedral... went there myself, couple of times. Sydney is loving this.. BUT.... not what I'm posting about. I have no idea what the agenda for this coming season is... that said... GREAT posts, from all of you. Loved reading it all, even the highly speculative! I mean this year, why not? Not very qualified for what it means to be a fan these days...... USED to be as involved, but just over my head now. As probably all of you know... I've ridden my bike around the entire USA now 4 times.... oops, 3... one was just to St. Louis and home... but that kind of qualifies? :laughing So anyway... what did I listen too in all those miles? Well, the truth be know, I did NOT listen to a lot of music while riding... I was happy to just observe without any additional stimulation. But I did click plaby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
so I suppose I can consider that a positive... BUT.... and not always, but more often than I should... I CAN put things off, (business-wise), until the last possible moment. Actually today I took care a a 'few', (very few), things ahead of time... Property Taxes as an example. Not due until the 10th but I paid them yesterday. The worst thing I have to deal with today is 'old age'. :laby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I've had some important things I needed to get done hanging over my head now for a long time. Some of them for as long as 6 months. They were gnawing at me, interfering with my sleep, giving me an upset stomach. Today, (and yesterday), I took care of all of them. DONE... and some were quite important. So how can I describe the relief? Well, I can't... unless you tend to procrastinate yourby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I know next to nothing about any of that but it certainly doesn't sound good. Frankly, Steve... I think you've had MORE than your share of health problem over the last few years. good subject title, don't you think? And being lazy I used one of our indoor bathrooms, (I usually go outside). I look out the window and I see this: Now I have no idea how many of you are familiar with Doves.... but for those of you who are back me up on this. This is one FAT dove. Like... amazingly fat. sorry Seattle... and note: I love F1. I love all auto racing. But right now Indy Car is without question the most exciting.... there is passing, there is side by side racing sometimes 4 wide... and that all happening in nearly every race. well, my son's home that is. She's loving it, Todd... now back at my son's home and for the next week she'll just be experiencing typical life in a small town in England... which she looking forward too. She's made a couple of friends, her age, and I think they have plans to do 'ordinary things' but she wants that... shopping, go see a movie, have tea with her new friends, Etc. - JamesJMby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I know a few people that have maintained incredibly close friendships since High School. As you know I spent a few years in the Army. When I left for the Army I had very close friends... did everything together. When I got out the world had changed.... For one thing I was married with a son. Also... all those close friends had moved into much harder 'partying' than I wanted to be part oby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
