that I have eaten but most likely will never eat again. They're all fat.... just deep fried fat. My Dad LOVED them.
Local Basque Hotel, (most popular restaurant for us farmers) has specials on certain days of the month... one of the specials was Pig's Feet. I went but only had the Pig's feet once, that was enough... they served plenty of other dishes with the Pig's feet so i didn't go hungry.
