It will be interesting to see what happens at the center position.
Allen is an unrestricted FA and Shelton is a restricted FA. Shelton was undrafted so if the Rams don't match there is no compensation unless they put the $3,986,000 (projected 2022 number) 2nd round tender on him. The Right of First Refusal number is $2,433,000 [overthecap.com]
