The draft is rough, considering the Rams draft outside the top 100. That said, OL, ILB, S, CB, RB, TE I think would all be in play. Maybe a developmental QB? If one falls. Its a weak QB class.
Knowing now that Akers is healthy, I'd wait on a RB, but grab one late.Same thing with TE, get one late. Or later than pick 101 or whatever.
If the Rams lose Williams and Deayon, they have to go CB early.
Really the Rams need OL, ILB, CB and S in some order. Safety last. Edge if Miller leaves, but I'd suspect they go the FA route there. Maybe RB and WR depth, esp if OBJ and Michel go.
Oh, I said there is a scenario where I might not sign Stafford longterm. If AD and McVay called it a career after 2022, maybe you start over with a new coach and let him pick his QB. Trade Ramsey while he still has value and do a soft reset.
But as long as the Rams have Stafford, Woods and Kupp, they have a chance. And I cannot imagine the Rams really hitting the reset in 2 years. But I like to look at every option available. As dumb as they may be. And it is dumb.

Lot to agree with you , some things I disagree.
Let me start with the latter.
Should McVay and AD call it a career after 2022 and you do not keep Stafford and trade Ramsey it will not be a soft reset. That will be a total rebuilt then.
TE and WR do not need to be adressed other than resigning OBJ. At some point you have to trust the Hopkins, Blantons and Atwells et al. Both units look to me as set for 2022. I would totally ignore them in free agency and draft. Same for the S position.
CB and edge rushers are a huge need in this pass happy league. Both positions are premium and the Rams have to be active there and put the money available.
Same for the o-line. We absolutely need a LOT to protect Stafford and our interior line could use some more beef.
ILB : Would resign Howard. He has played very well until the SB where he sat on the bench. Maybe injury related. Dont know. But in the other playoff games he was a huge factor. If a cheap veteran looking for a ring popos up get him.
RB is set too with Akers, Hendo , Funk and the other two guys you mentioned.
I would like to see a hard nosed FB who can lead block and get some of the tough short yardages. My impression was the Rams really are not that good when it comes to getting that elusive last yard or two.
So to sum it up: Put the money at edge rushing, cb and o-line. Everywhere else we are pretty much set up .

I’ve gotta nitpick a few of your disagreements, dodger.
WR looks terrific if OBJ comes back, agreed. But TE? I recommend drafting one simply because I still have doubts about Blanton, Hopkins, and maybe a pick could save money vs extending Mundt. Keep that pipeline full until somebody consistently emerges as our #2. Emphasis consistently.
Same with RB. Our RB corps is NOT set. I think Michel is a goner and a RB should be drafted every year until we are at least 3 deep with young and healthy guys. And even then I would only skip one year of RB drafting. I do NOT want a repeat of our ‘21 RB merry-go-round season at RB.
Safety is not set either. Gotta keep drafting until we’re 4 deep with quality starter guys. That probably means drafting virtually every year, tbh.
In fact, Rams need to keep drafting OL and ILB just about every year, too. Just the nature of those positions, really.
I do agree with all of your other takes.
Snead must once again hit on some gems on Day 3 of the draft to keep us going on this tightrope.
