They’re mostly returning the 2020 OL which at the very least was pretty solid. One could even argue they were good.
They were:
8th lowest QB sacked percentage
10th lowest QB sacks allowed.
9th fewest pressures allowed.
11th in highest running yards.3
Bottom line, every metric says they were top 10 in protecting Goff last year. Whit’s age is a concern but hey, a 43-year-old QB just won the Super Bowl. And Whit is still playing at a very high level.
The 2021 OL should be at least as good as last year's OL. Blythe was the weak link so whatever Corbett provides at center is unlikely to be worse than Blythe. I've got some concern about Evans at guard replacing Corbett but they have other options there.
If everything stayed the same, they'll be average leaning towards one of the better OLs in the league.
