You see nothing but roses, I don't share that view. There are others like me that don't either. I'm VERY hopeful Stafford (who I like!) is the answer to getting this team a Lombardi.... but there are other issues to consider. Here are my observations:
1. A head coach who is brilliant, but clearly still learning about the nuances of leadership [i think you can make an argument for this but hos is it clear?]
2. A GM who has carte blanche to do almost anything .... with little perception publicly that he is held responsible. [what? most gms have autonomy to do that they want. it comes with the job. that being said, i dont think snead is doing anythign without the agreement of KD and Mcvay. and tbh i dont even get the second part of your statement. little perception]
3. It's hard to see how the team depth will not suffer; hope we hit on draft picks
4. Both RB's have been dinged already [i think its fair to say that henderson has been dinged up. but akers had 1 freak injury. its football, it happens]
5. May lose key DL, LBers and most of the secondary [i guess they may lose brokers but the reason they can move him is that they have solid depth. what other key DL will they lose? Most of the secondary? Really? Hill and JJ are likely gone. Hill was the 3rd best cb on the team. and I love JJ but they have the depth to replace him. in any event thta is hardly "most"
