The Fisher years, and even the years Georgia and Shaw ran the team, are too vivid in my mind to fault anything Snead and McVay are doing. I love the go big or go home approach of Snead and McVay that see draft picks as poker chips used to make big bets; not to hoard and play it conservative. And also knowing that not all the picks will work out..... ever. But no use wringing hands and crying about it, or like in Goff's case, understanding that this is not the guy to get us to the Promised Land no matter how much it cost them to get him in the first place. Move on and fix the mistake; try someone else who has the attributes they value.
