When McVay took the Rams job he said his principles of leadership are based on Bill Walsh’s book “The score takes care of itself”.
I urge all Rams fans to read it if you want to understand what McVays thinking is. Reading the book was the main reason I knew Goff was a goner 2 weeks ago.
Bottom line here is that McVay determined Goff was not up to his high standards this year, and as soon as that happened Goff was done in LA.
