To get people to go to PS games and fill seats, they should make all tickets $20 for example. All ticket sales goes to 4 or 5 local charities, schools, Boys & Girls clubs and such. The team chooses where they want the donations to go.
The 2nd home PS game 4 or 5 new charities are selected. People would pay $20, $30 or even $40 a seat for a PS game then.
Each team in the NFL will host 2 home games like they do now. It would be good PR for the NFL.
