They want security. And they want a Ring.
Once they have the former...I 'wish' there were more than just Brady thinkin about the latter. Ya know. The Rams are in the hunt for a Ring this year. One or two players could make the difference. A linebacker here, an Olinemen there.

Donald is still on his rookie contract. And it’s not big. He doesn’t have anywhere near the financial security of Brady. And Donald is about 15 years younger than Brady.
You’re comparison is apples and oranges.
Brady had his chance at a lofty 2nd contract and cashed in. Donald has not had the chance to do that.

after his 2nd contract. Like Suh, Brady signed a huge (for the time) 2nd contract. When Donald signs it will be the same kind of thing.
Brady's 2010 deal was 18 M a year, way way ahead of other qbs at the time.
