His cost is such that the cost savings to move him just don't amount to much.
Clearly the Rams intend on keeping him and using him (better, I hope).
But then they can just walk away with no cap ramifications in 2019.
Still, looking to him for any meaningful cap relief for 2018 is off the table.
It's a crying shame. The Rams gave up so much to get into position draft. He was a third round pick at best.
