Yes, it's a 1 year contract. I'm not sure if anything is guaranteed beyond the bonus, though. His salary might be guaranteed just to keep the guarantees the same from his old contract to this one. Regardless, if the Rams trade Austin they would have $4M in dead money under this contract (compared to $5M under his previous one) if they trade him.
