Remember Jerry Buss signed Magic Johnson to the 20 year contract for 1 million dollars a year ?
Can an NFL team sign a player like Tom Brady to a 12 year contract for let's say 13 million a year?
I don't know.........But is it better to give the players that big $$$$ up front or over a period of time? Like Bradford's guaranteed $60 million up front? OR spead it out.
Does it count the same against the cap or does it make a difference if you spread it out over time?
Seriously, I don't know............But, I do know.......I would do what it takes to keep my "GREAT PLAYERS" on my roster.
