I wouldn't say fault...let's just say Goff is still developing.

And by they way to add to another point I made, I was a Jared Goff and Todd Gurley fan all of last year, all this off season and through today. How many people bailed on them?

I saw promise from each. But I also saw one of the most inept OLs and coaching staffs. That's why I remained optimistic about both. Others just looked at the results and not the dynamics of the situation. What was on paper looked horrendous.

Goff was getting killed. Gurley was getting hit behind the line of scrimmage, wasn't running outside the tackles and wasn't used in the passing game. I remember reading that Gurley wasn't hitting the hole quickly...he had no hops. Well...that was because the hole hitting Gurley three yards behind the LOS.

So...with Watkins...it's not just the numbers on paper...the dude brings a ton to this offense. IMHO.

Austin on the other hand isn't on the field and that is a problem.
