RamsdudeAs always, nice talking with you brother! You know I respect your opinion!
I feel the same way, 'Dude. We have had some great back-and-forths and you always make me see another side to a topic and without exception you do it with a respectful style. Much appreciated!

Are you disputing that a WR1 is usually the "bigger" threat on most teams?
Depends. If you look at the Vikings roster you would definitely say that Jefferson is their biggest threat in the passing game. However, if the play call is a swing pass to Mattison then I'd say Mattison is the biggest threat
on that particular play.

There were games where Ramsey was covering guys that were clearly not the biggest threat on the team.
OK. But were they the biggest threat on that play? Or at least a bigger threat than the WR1?

As I said earlier, if the guys you hire to normally cover the RB's and TE's can't get the job done making you play your Pro Bowl CB out of position, something is wrong.
I disagree that having Ramsey play Star is the same thing as having him play out of position. Star is a legitimate position, and it's much different that the position you apparently wanted him to play. (A position, btw, that isn't even feasible in the Fangio defense.) Bottom line: just because he wasn't playing the position you preferred doesn't equate to playing out of position.

I didn't see that same kind of "creativity" when came to game planning for the rest of the players. They were asked to simply "keep things in front of them" under a Prevent Shell. Does that sound "creative" to you AlbaNY?
We've been thru this - off topic for this thread and no need to rehash it here.

Who will be playing the "Star" this year AlbaNY?
According to this article [
www.therams.com]
"As the Rams search for the next player to play star, two players Morris mentioned getting looks there are Cobie Durant and Shaun Jolly, both of whom have the necessary tools and attributes to fill that role."
