But stats can be misleading if not kept in context.
The 4 teams in the championship games had far better and far more complete D’s than the Rams. They just did.
The red statement-The stats are in context. They have a time frame context. They are from the entire time Morris has been defensive coordinator. Not just this year. Not just last year. Not the first 8 weeks of 2021, after which you wanted him fired. Not just the playoffs. NOTHING out of context about them.
They have context in that they are compared to the entire league, not just the division. The rankings compared to the rest of the league are next to each of the categories. The have the context in that they are the stats used to measure defense, yards, points, yards per carry, defensive passer ratings. They have a per-game context since the teams have played a different number of games. The per-game context does not give any team that played more games a disadvantage.
There is a subcontext created by you when you started all this by a blanket statement proved false by saying the 49er-Eages were playing and I quote

Neither team seems to be playing anything remotely resembling the Morris super soft zone D.
I proved it false by showing evidence. Hard facts in context since they were from the very game wich you were commenting from. So this chart is in reference to that context you created.
The blue statement - In what context? You suggest the stats I provide were out of context. You make a statement with zero context. No time frame. That day? in the playoffs? This year? In the time frame when Morris (the object of obsession that is subject of all the posts started by you and your ilk) has been DC?
If you want context then why don't you ever provide any?
Further, in what context do you mean "better"? I just showed my stats which are in context in that they are
in the time frame you, yourself, set up when you put your foot in your mouth last Sunday. So, you cannot very well change the context to that day or this year or anything that allows you to push your agenda without looking all the good things Morris has done and focus on the bad things.
The green statement- "They just are" Well--without the context that is just something you typed. It means nothing. It's some dude with an agenda who says junk and in two years and never offered any proof of anything. And when proof is offered he objects and says "out of context" when it is in context. And if it is a still and he is devasted by those stills he says "I never said what I said, I meant something else" and when a scheme is explained he says "I dont care about Xs and Os" and when he says "All I care about is results" and a Super Bowl trophy is given to him the next year he wants the same guy fired he wanted fired the previous year.
No, you don't get to say "They just are" and "If you don't agree with me, then there is nothing I can do for you".
You see, dude, you are not just right on these things you get to make declarative statements and have your word taken for it.
You NEVER take my word for anything and I ALWAYS provide proof. What makes you special?
