QuoteClassicalwit I think it's simple. The Rams don't have skill players that scare anybody: Todd Gurley, Sammy Watkins, (a healthy) Brandin Cooks. Even Tavon Austin, as thoroughly unproductive as he was, could not be ignored because of his speed. Woods and Kupp are fine, but they need a DeSean Jackson type player that defenses go in fear of.Not sure we can say what we've got. One of the fewby moklerman - RamsFootballFans.com

Henry didn't magically become dominant the moment Saffold arrived though. Mike Mularkey had him for a couple of years and was splitting carries between him and Demarco Murray, who was a pro-bowler Henry's first year. Henry was gradually taking over the starter's role under Mularkey and when Vrabel arrived in '18, without Saffold, Murray was essentially the starter but still splitting carries.by moklerman - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRam49 Goff is far from perfect, but frankly.....I believe he is a top 10 quarterback with an adjusted scheme. He is Matt Ryan in his prime. Here is a question: How do you think Kyle Shanahan would do with Goff at QB running that offense? TE friendly, with a FB.....closer to a true West Coast offense? Shanahan would trade Jimmy G. in a heartbeat for Goff. This gimmicky offense is playeby moklerman - RamsFootballFans.com
Yeah, Jets are doing it right. Tanking for someone isn't going to do much for the culture of a team in most cases. And, now they don't have the #1 pick and the pressure to get that right. Quotemerlin That they're both a QB's best friend. Being under them as a signal caller is a windfall. I think it's also important to note, the team the Rams faced wasn't the same as those other 13 losses. Their WR corps has been decimated all year. Darnold has missed quite a few games. Seems like they had some OL injuries too. This was one of the few times they actually had most of their starters on offense. The point being, there is no "same" about the Jets team week in and week oby moklerman - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteMalibuRam You are a funny guyI wish it was a joke. But the Rams team would be far better off using all the resources they spent on QB to build the rest of the team and just go get any NFL caliber QB. You can build a good team and win with Dilfer, Hostetler, Johnson, Rypien, etc. Goff is certainly "good enough" if surrounded by the right circumstances. Quotemerlin I don't think Rosen is anything more than a backup so not too concerned with him. But if they get Darnold it will infuriate me. I'm a USC fan so I know Darnold isn't perfect but I am convinced he's going to be a very good QB at this level. So it would suck to see the 9ers upgrade with a high talent guy who Shanny could mold. QuoteSpeed_Kills this off-season is going to be nuts in terms of QBs moving around I think the 49ers brought in Rosen because Mullen’s got hurt Never in the history of football has a team been crushed by injuries like the 49ers in 2018 and again this year In a word it’s been absurdAgreed. I think that defenses don't respect the Rams ability to make them pay on big plays. There is no threat over the top from our passing game. Williams dominated our interior in this particular game but overall, the times we actually go down the field, seem not to hit. QuoteClassicalwit Are you implying that the Steelers and Rams intentionally lost games? No, but I don't put it past the NFL to "influence" games. Look at the ticky-tack calls that went against us to take TD's off the board.
