That's the science right now R2K. It's not the "media," that's the medical people the media sources are quoting. Including Fox news btw (my sources included Forbes, Fox, Harvard Medical, and The Economist.)
And there were more than 1400 protests. How do you personally know what percentage of people wore masks at all of them?
It's a simple fact--as of right now no medical source is finding a spike due to the protests. That has nothing to do with the mythical "media," that's what the science is reporting. If there were any medical sources saying otherwise, they would not be hard to find. If you think there's scientific data showing something different, post it. Until then I assume that faux skepticism is no different from naive acceptance. So...data? Because I provided some (and there's more).
You should actually read the data. For example this (from my post above):
