I don't think so. There are some add-ins that may keep you from going to risky sites sometimes but those are usually installed by something like Mcafee or Malwarebytes. I would certainly not trust just a web browser, even if they might keep you from getting infected, they won't scan and alert you, and certainly won't clean an infection if you get it from some other source.
