Thank you for your kind words.. it was so difficult having to tell her, but you're right: she helped me a lot, as well.. She's actually been inquiring how to cancel his ebay auctions and PayPal accounts.. she's going to keep his car insurance active until I get the car sold.. she even paid his rent through September to give me time to clear everything out.. I dunno how I managed to deserve all this help, but it's a godsend to me right now and I'll try to help her anyway I can.. by the way, I did contact my buddy the property manager over his apartment and he did confirm rent is paid through September, when his lease expires.. there are still good people out thsre.. I'm glad he was able to get so close to one of them
