but my new doctor doesn't use it. I had to switch to another... I don't think it's in sync with MyChart but maybe?
It provides the same information BUT... whereas on MyChart I could get a 'response' if I had a question or needed to setup an appointment I can't get a reply with this new one. It has provided links to contact them but they never reply; I have to call them.
The health center I use is somewhat new so I'm hoping they're just working out the kinks right now... we'll see. - JamesJM
