I want to thank and excuse Wolford and Perkins for their participation.
Mayfield has shown the right balance of acumen and skill paired with the charisma and leadership attributes that many had valued him for prior to being drafted.
I like the more matured version I am seeing.
Stafford's stats and physical abilities have been demonstrated over a decade + and have only climaxed Last Year on a super team.
This year's sub super team version started with no success and erratic results seeing the team devolve into an undisciplined offense that over relied on Kupp, abandoned the run prematurely and even when Stafford was forced to play hero ball he came up short.
Now Mayfield with a fully dismantled super team missing its stars is expanding and congealing the offense into a model for future performance and excellence.
McVay has struggled to do this so has Stafford.
