I know you didn't ask me personally but I like having the discussion about Morris lol I don't think you have to discount with your IC. But I think you have to be open to the idea that your eye is a little more untrained than the average professional and that that's what statistics are for. Because that's actually what statistics are for. To inform both the people in the know and the people who want to know. I don't think that any of us can say with the straight face that we know enough about the complexity of NFL defenses that are high balls can tell the whole story.

I agree that nuances escape the layman’s eye, at least some of the time.
But these 79 year old eyes know when a D allows an opponent a 14 play scoring drive when they see one. Or missed tackles that result in big plays, or glaringly blown coverages, or watching Brady score with no timeouts in under a minute with 60+ yards to go while Rams D isn’t denying him the sidelines.
Just a few things off the top of my head.
