The difference isn't McVay this year. He certainly established a culture and a standard but it's the leadership of guys like AD, Kupp, Stafford, Wagner, and Ramsey that really sets them apart. They aren't just elite talents...they are elite workers. I haven't bet on the Rams since 2004 but I would this year save one probably...health. If any 2 of the above aren't in the playoffs, I don't like their chances
