And I'll also say that personally I think the only reason the Bucs playoff game was close was because the Rams put the ball on the ground three times and snapped the ball over Stafford's head. Even just that botched snap not happening leads to another Rams' FG at least and that game would have been over far sooner.
And in the Super Bowl I agree with those that have said the game probably isn't as close if OBJ does not go down. They played that game late with Kupp, Jefferson and otherwise a bunch of backups at WR and TE.
So it goes both ways. But I think the idea remains the same that once you reach the divisional round 9 times out of 10 the difference between winning and losing gets really small.
