Do not know where I got that 30 percent but thank you. This is even a bigger eye opener than I thought.
so there is the thought that 13% of population deserves 50 percent of the job opportunities or there is discrimination. Hard to understand that logic.
I agree the numbers shouldn't drive policy, but it is a reality check that the perception is inaccurate.
