Totally agree on the Rooney Rule - it's a joke and has been that way for some time.
The head coaches seem to be doing a pretty solid job of getting minorities on their staffs and grooming them to be ready for that next step. Team execs now need to step it up and give these people a chance. The failure in the system lies with the owners and their upper management not taking these candidates seriously.
