you should consider the possibility that your preference is not aligned with demographic groups that the rams are trying to hit. for example, if you set the over/under of common songs on playlists between you and all of the rams players collectively at 1, id be willing to take the under.
The "targeting" of a new demo isn't the issue for me PHD. The issue is the design they came up with isn't very good IMO. I agree with you about that they had a targeted "demo" in mind but that still doesn't mean the re-design was done well. IMO, a lot of us would be ok with a re-design that actually looked good. This rebrand could have been done better IMO.
Look at Crazyleg's mocks for examples. He showed MANY times that just some "tweaks" would have been a better option than what they came up with. IMO, they over thought this thing trying to be "cute" with the Fibonacci sequence, colors of the sun and sand, a new color called "bone", gradient numbers and the segmenting of the helmet horn.
If they felt the "had" to go with a newer "cutesy" design it could have been done better than what they went with.
IMO, these below (by 47gap) are a better example of how the "newer design" could have been done. It's funny how random guys on the internet can design a better uni than Nike and what KD ended up with.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
