While others see excellence everywhere some of us can see potential dark spots. We need all views in a good discussion. I get that your tendency in this one is to look for excellence. But it;s also possible to see things here in this issue that point to something that needs fixing.

Example. Kromer was not a zbs coach before the Rams. The whole Shanahan/ZBS thing came with McVay. Kromer could easily move them off of pure zbs schemes, he has done it before. So losing Kromer is not about shifting away from the zone schemes--Kromer had years as an excellent OL coach and improved the run game everywhere he went. If someone wanted to alter the basic offensive scheme he's a guy who could do it. So losing Kromer is most likely not about that.
