Like a kid who is not happy with his toys anymore. He starts finding fault and trying to prove it is crap. I felt at times he did give up and was pissed that he was found out and then was like hey you need to figure it out. Well that is not the most effective way to address things. The fact that Ravens won a SB without an elite QB. Foles is not elite and really Tom Brady has dominated wins and it took more than 4 years for Manning and Brees to win a SB. So that is a clear weakness. McVay is impatient and impractical at times. His plays should work 100% and if not its poor execution. He wants to run his offense a certain way and it is not an offense that is a perfect fit for every QB. His offense is not like Buffaloes which is explosive. Its not like Andy Reeds which is explosive and even LaFuers pffense is run more aggressively. I think it is a pride thing. He needed to move on and I think its fair for him to do that but in so doing he gets what he wants, all eyes on him agan. So while we will be watching Matt Stafford we will know this aint about Matt as much as it will be about McVay. We have heard he is excited to start rescheming the offense to Matthew Safford. I will take that to mean that he knew he had to change but he wasn't going to change for Goff. So that is fair but now if this does not work its fair to look at McVay.
