No BUT finding an upgrade at OC, and ILB seems a much easier task than solving the riddle that is Jared(the franchise QB position). In fact IF we had more draft capitol or more cap space it could be easily resolved this off season as well as the much more daunting situation at edge. We don't have either of those (unless the league does a mulligan on the cap this upcoming season). However these aren't insurmountable hills to climb like finding a franchise qb or getting out from under a very bad contract. Even with our limited draft picks the Rams can find an upgrade at OC, speed WR and at ILB. Then it would just be a matter of finding some gifted but underwhelming edge vets willing to sign 1 year minimum deals to get the AD affect for next off season in which the cap will no doubt be higher.
