IMO McVay is kind of weird. Not the type of person I would want to be friends with. Doesn't seem to have any "depth" to him. Even if you wanted to discuss football with him I can't imagine a "conversation" with him-more like you listening to him. He doesn't project any sort of warmth to him. Even Belichick gives off a sense of engagement unless your a reporter. I can imagine having a drink with Belichick but not McVay. I think if I was around McVay for any length of time I would find him irritating most of the time. Could just be an age thing. I find people much younger than me irritating.
