If they could find a partner (a big IF) - you do a post June 1 trade, take the cap savings and add a free agent center and deep threat WR and roll with Wolford and Perkins and maybe draft another developmental qb. Focus on improving the OL this year through draft and free agency and then look to upgrade QB in 2022.
That would make 2021 a kind of an offensive re-build, but probably necessary for whatever QB we would bring in down the road.
I don't see how they can upgrade QB AND upgrade O-line at the same time. Probably can only do one or the other. Spending cap space on someone else's FA cast-off, even if 'affordable' seems like a waste when the offense needs better line play and a more explosive play-maker.
