I could see the level of dedication and partying grind at McVay. If he does not feel Goff is all in he wouldn't trust him. I think McVay would understand any physical mistakes but totally intolerant of mental errors...especially if they are due to lack of preparation. I fully expected Goff to take another step this year...perhaps his lifestyle and distractions have prevented the kind of effort rerquired to continue to develop.
