IMO, the reasons we lost the game were on the defense, the OL, and McVays abandoning the running game in critical situations. Actually, the only reason we had a chance in this game was because of Akers and Goff. I was surprised McVay didn’t support his QB
Not sure of the HC intentions.
And not sure of perhaps a larger signaling of future intentions, in this instance.
I'll admit, too, some validation after posting about this last night. Not running the rock on the next snap after the Reynolds drop was curious.
Needed to get back on schedule with at least a few positive yards by grinding out a few on the floor.
Watching the OL play by GB, and as of now KC, sure appears that we just didn't fare well in that department yesterday.
